About Us
Crusader Ltd has been trading since the late 1980s, originally selling our services to cooperate clients, in the IT sector this was set up by our founder Keith (My Father in Law). We are now a Family Run Business based in Nottingham. In 2000 Keith’s Son Andrew (My Husband) joined the team and then in 2004 we expanded by opening our retail stores, I came in to help whilst I was on Maternity leave and I basically never left. In 2004 our Son William was Born and is now the 3rd generation working for our Family Business.
In late 2004 we expanded our Business by offering the products we sell for sale via our First Website. In 2008 we closed our retail outlets to concentrate on our website, and we have learnt many things along our journey as we expanded.
We have invested in our own Warehouse which means that everything we advertise for sale is in stock and in turn this means we can dispatch quickly. With the odd exception all our orders are sent within 1 working day.
It has always been part of our business ethic that we try our best to treat our customers how we would like to be treated, majority of our staff have been with us long term which means we all have a vast amount of knowledge of the products we sell and the services we offer.
We stock many different products we try to cater as best we can for all pockets and offer a wide selection of Home Fragrance & Giftware. We have worked many hours building our relationships with suppliers whom we trust.
